Compare age distribution between different age groups
To compare age distribution between different age groups, we'll first need to define the age groups. Let's proceed with common age groups: 0-18 (Youth), 19-35 (Young Adults), 36-55 (Middle-aged Adults), and 56+ (Seniors). We'll categorize our synthetic data accordingly and then visualize the distribution across these groups.
We generated synthetic data to analyze and visualize age distribution by gender and across different age groups. Here's what we did:
Generated Synthetic Data: We created a dataset with 500 male and 500 female entries, assuming normal age distributions with different means and standard deviations.
Visualized Age Distribution by Gender: We used a histogram to overlay the age distributions of males and females, highlighting the differences between the two genders.
Defined Age Groups: We categorized individuals into four age groups: Youth (0-18), Young Adults (19-35), Middle-aged Adults (36-55), and Seniors (56+).
Compared Age Distribution Across Age Groups: We visualized the age distribution across these age groups, providing insights into the population composition of each group.
