The Vizly Labs team will respond to critical issues within 1 hour, with efforts to resolve within 4 hours. Non-critical issues will be responded to within 4 hours, with efforts to resolve within 36 hours.

The Vizly Labs team is committed to providing periodic software updates to enhance the user experience of the Text to Speech for Confluence application. Vizly Labs also commits to implementing customizations or enhancements based on new features requested by users.
